Mind, Body, Spirit - all equally nourished, expanded, and challenged in a Utopian setting led by three super yoga instructors...In the company of 9 fellow yoginis, I experienced a week of blissful beauty in both the Costa Rican country and in the precious souls of each of these women...I touched places inside myself not yet explored...I challenged my body in new and exciting ways...I found my mind opened to fresh and clearer thoughts...I was immersed in renewal, refreshment, discovery, awareness, solitude, camaraderie, joy, and fun--lots of fun! 2011 Costa Rica YOGA Retreat

It is only five days that we are all back in our new jersey homes and I haven't been able to function as before. I miss my new friends and the time we spent together. Although only a week it had a profound affect on my life. Was it just a yoga retreat? It was great doing yoga twice a day along with meditation with three of the best teachers (Jenn, Dawn, and Iris). Their patience and encouragement helped us do what we often doubted we could do. Was it the sharing? We hardly knew each other when we started out and yet we were so comfortable to open up and be relaxed enough to just be our selves and enjoy. Was it the photography? Wow do we have some good pictures (and most taken by a professional) of yoga on the beach (what could be better) and many of our memorable moments. We all know what they are. Was it the accommodations? The saying is "Home is where the heart is". We felt at home in our Costa Rica space and our hearts will always remember.
