The focus of all yoga classes is to link the movement of the body with the breath (Vinyasa Flow). Concentration on alignment is a main focus. Breathing techniques are practiced to slow down the patterns of the mind and heal the body of stress and tension. When your Breath is calm your body is calm. When your body is calm your mind calms. When your mind is calm you can then help those you LOVE....
Beginner Yoga- thorough instruction on alignment and breathing. Transitions from posture to posture are slow and detailed.
Gentle Yoga- relaxing asanas(postures) held for several breaths. Focus on seated and balancing postures.
All Levels Yoga- Several variations are given for many of the asanas (postures), making class welcoming for everyone.
Moderate Yoga- a step up from all levels yoga. Students are taught more advanced asanas (postures). Inversions (headstand, shoulder stand).
Advanced Yoga- Intended for students with a daily practice. Class focus is on using the entire body in all asanas (postures). Building strength and endurance. Inversions (headstand, handstand ect.)
Mommy and Baby Yoga- strengthen and stretch your body. Bond with your baby and meet other new moms. Great for all levels....
